The Board has been busy getting ready for 2011. Recently they have passed your 2011 budget.As you may aready been made aware there is no increase from 2010 to 2011. This is no easy task as it involves competititve bidding to make sure that all your services can be accomplished within your fee and budget. We have included all the services in the budget including power washing,landscape maintenance (includes pine straw twice per year)and maintenace of the ponds in the benefited community. In fact the budget includes all cost accociated with the efficient running your community in a successful manner. We look forward to serving you in 2011 in help making University Park a success.
