Dear Homeowners,
The illegal parking at University Park has been a great concern for the past few months. Please note that our enforcement division has taken this very seriously and has been sending violations that do result in fees when the issue persists. Due to the amount of illegal parking at night, we have now been checking the area at night as well to assist the community in a resolution to this problem. For those of you that may not know, No Street Parking is Allowed At Anytime.
